By booking a stay at Pine Cone Peaks, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your reservation and use of our property.
A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is due prior to check-in. All rates are quoted in US dollars.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a partial refund based on the timing. No-shows are non-refundable.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Pets are not allowed on the property. Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome.
Guests assume responsibility for their safety during their stay. Pine Cone Peaks is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
